Our monthly management and leasing services include:

  • 24-hour ability to receive and coordinate repair requests

Our fee structure:

We only have two basic charges:

  1. A flat-rate, monthly management fee which covers everything listed above (with the exception of appearing in court for an eviction)
  2. When there is a vacancy, we only charge a flat-rate leasing fee once a lease is signed with a new tenant. 
Many property management companies charge 5%-10% of the monthly rents collected as the monthly fee, and for leasing will charge 6% of the total lease.   The monthly management fee and/or leasing fee depend primarily on location and whether the property is under rent control.  For more information on our rates and to obtain a specific offer of services for your property, please contact our office.
